We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow the steps below.

Return conditions

  • You can return items within 14 working days of receipt.
  • If the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered , we will cover the full return shipping costs and offer you a replacement or full refund .
  • If you wish to return an item for personal reasons , you will be responsible for the return shipping costs , which depend on the fees charged by the shipping provider you choose.

How to return a product

  1. Contact us: Send an email to info@clearplus.at with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Prepare the product: Pack the item securely – if possible in the original packaging or suitable transport packaging.
  3. Organize pickup: We take care of the pickup.
  4. Choose a refund option: You can choose a full refund or a replacement item .

Refund process

  • The credit will be issued within 14 days after the return has been received in the warehouse and the quality check has been successfully completed.
